a focused activity in a key area enabling members to invite
special expertise from their organizations to participate
within the framework of the Forum. The two most recent SIGs
have covered electronic Heath Records and Biomarkers
In 2003 and in 2004 the Forum organized a PharmaGRID Retreat, a focused
event that met to consider the application of GRID computing
within the biopharmaceutical industry.
